Dear all, in the PRISMA statement, it is recommended to use a systematic approach for assessing the certainty of the evidence for systematic reviews. I wondered if there are any other methods, tools that can be used for that besides the GRADE approach?

The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale can be helpful for systematic review.
Thank you Proloy Barua and Seyed Ahmad Banihashem Rad but I am not looking for a tool for risk of bias assessment. I am looking for a tool to use for systematic assessment on the level of evidence I can infer from my findings, like the GRADE approach (https://bestpractice.bmj.com/info/us/toolkit/learn-ebm/what-is-grade/) but simpler.

It really depends on the study designs of the articles you select to include in your systematic review.
If you the systematic review is related to children research, you could use the Council of Exceptional Children (CEC) checklist which assess the quality of the papers.
