The current systems of propagation of science doesn't highly motivate the new ideas for those who are amateur in a particular field. I have seen a lot of inspired young minds, truly enthusiastic for the pursuit of science and research, often stay largely unrecognized because of the unavailability of a platform to express their ideas. Since it's inception, science has gone very far, thousands of papers get published everyday due to which there are guidelines for the things to get said/published. The downside of this process is that the raw/non-experimented ideas do not get recognized. A little fraction of those ideas get to the publication houses, however, they mostly get rejected due to the publication guidelines. I believe that those ideas should get chances to come out in expert and scientific community, so that they could be properly evaluated by the professionals and experimented for the validation. Is there a need for publication journals for the theoretical but scientifically backed up, disruptive ideas in all disciplines of sciences?
