The only one I know is the online crowdsourced urbandictionary.com which has slang expressions in many languages. It is actually quite amazing, and deserves to be used as a research tool for linguists.
Perhaps you could create your own taxonomy rules for the site urbandictionary.com or on your own put up an alternative page or site.. It would benefit all.
As for research with books and older material not covered in the dictionary, one could look at series like these across cultures, too. These are books from the past I have seen in a variety of countries:
Japanese for Lovers , English for Lovers, etc. The books back in the 1990s were over hundred pages long and had at least 8 to 12 phrases a page.

Currently, I find little such complete material online per language. I think you need to look at different languages systematically for online material and books, though. i.e., Don't depend onurbandictionary.com for more than a quarter of what you are doing.
