Are the Young's Modulus and modules of resilience related to each other ?
In other words, if a material has high Young's Modulus, it has spring behavior?
Are the Young's Modulus (E) and modules of resilience(K in Hooke's Law ) related to each other with a mathematical equation?
Generally, can it be said that any material with high Young's Modulus
has high resilience ?

The modulus of resilience is defined as the maximum energy that can be absorbed per unit volume without creating a permanent distortion and can be calculated by integrating the stress–strain curve from zero to the elastic limit. take a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resilience_(materials_science) that gives you the exact formula.

k = The ratio of retracting force from the material that resists the displacement of the material to the material displacement.
E = The ratio of stress applied to the material to strain of material.
So i think these two are separate.

basically, the resilience modulus R is given (under the assumptions of linear elasticity ) by the formula R = σ²/2E, where σ is elastic yield stress and E the Young's modulus.

They are different characteristics; however, both of them are attributed to the elastic properties of a material and can be converted to each other as described by Dr. Fabrizio Morlando .
