Are the medications used in Egypt the same as Out-Egypt?

Are the medications used in Egypt, including those used in hospitals, the same as those used outside of Egypt, or are there differences, either in terms of names or formulations? And if there are differences, are they due to commercial reasons or genetic factors among Egyptian patients, distinguishing them from medications used outside of Egypt?
