Well,we can't say so.However these journals charge heavy printing charges and donot have a good citation , reputation and credibility as other well known and reputed journals.let us invite opinions.

The researchgate blacklisted these journal long ago because they are fake and as Dr Anoop Kumar said, barely any well known academician in their editorial board list.
These are not fake journals. It needs good expertise to review, edit them. The printing charges should not be there. Better citation as compared with other international journals will bring them reputation.
These journals are not fake but probably emerging journals. They follow the peer reviewed process. However they are not indexed in web of science or scopus and are probably on their way to do so. In the mean time it is difficult to recommend them yet

The publisher behind “International journal of agronomy and agricultural research” is “International Network for Natural Sciences (INNSPUB)” and is listed as predatory as well.
So these journals are at least suspect, whether they should be called fake is hard to say but for example African journal of biotechnology claims to be Google Scholar indexed but I checked a number of papers (published in 2017) and was unable to find them…
