Does any one know if there is free available software which can be connected to the Keithely and calculate the efficiency just after I-V scan of PV cell? Currently, I am using Labview but it gives the values of current and voltage and calculations of PCE takes longer time for individual device. I am looking for any software which can do the scan and show the efficiency just after finishing the scan.

I don't think that you can get a generic software, which will allow connection to a particular source meter and give you result right away - and certainly not a free one.
If you have a labview, then you are also close to fastest way to do measurements and calculations. It surprises me that you mention "long times" - what do you mean by that ? seconds/ minutes? both seem to slow as "labview Spaghetti" for PCE calculation should execute in range of fraction of second on moderate computer with reasonable number of points in PV characteristics. Hence, I suspect a poor script is a fault in here.
review you code and try to optimize it - is you will need some support feel fre to ask here..

"Longer time" mean to do the calculations for 100s of devices. Individual device scan and calculation is faster and generally I use excel to perform the calculations and it is coded. I am lookin for any code/software which is auto to calculate the PCE just after scan. I hope I am clear now.
I wil just repeat myself - do it within Labview.
Especially that it can calculate PCE of previously measured cell simultaneously to performing measurements of the next one.
Generating data with Lavbiew system, copy/pasting it to excel and then performing some macro (I hope) calculations indeed may take a long time.
Ask instrument suppliers, they will provide the software. It may be possible to download from their website at customer help center.
