What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.

During my life I attended two schools that were "designed" only for girls. They had nothing with religion to do, only with tradition. They were though more calm when we did not have to fight with noisy boys.
