Are senior researchers facing difficulty in teaching under graduate students ?

Yes. I approach the topic from the student perspective and it appears that some senior teachers are not fully prepared to facilitate the diverse cultural mix among their students in the classroom. I speak as an international student studying abroad and have written several pieces which indicate that they are having difficulty dealing with the cultural and international diversity of their students.
