For patient with a suspiction of chromosomal aberrations is studied and their blood ´s cell fail in growing several times, could I suspect an immunodeficiency?

Considering the use of karyotyping, I am inferring the patient has some degree of physical anomaly, which makes me think about DiGeorge syndrome. Other SCIDs (severe combined immune deficiency) are generally not detected until after 3 months old (time when maternal immunity ceases) when children start with recurrent infections.
