Neem has several positive effect on poultry if it is use as a feed supplement such as antibacterial, antiprotozoal, hepatoprotective. Neem leaf meal has good immunomodulatory effects against ND and IBD. It has also growth promotion properties.

Definitely the neem oil cake or leaf meal has immunostimulatory affects besides their antimicrobial properties. However, the products reduce the palatability of feed due to their bitter taste.
