Hey!!! Does anybody know whether MDA-MB-231 cells are sensitive to Olaparib? If not, does someone know which cell line is sensitive to Olaparib and what should be the concentration of Olaparib to significantly reduce cell viability in an in-vitro assay?

There's a paper on that matter (Brian D. Lehmann et al., J. Clin. Invest. 2011, 121, 2750), it seems that Olaparib is not active in MDA-MB-231 cells (IC50 ca 100 µM). Sensitive cell lines are CAL51, MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-436 (IC50 between 10-20 µM), but you might check out this paper yourself to find the information you need.
