Are international organization of scientific research (IOSR) and Journal of Chemistry:Education research and practice predators journals or real?

It is naive to think that a scientific publication will be reviewed in 7 days as the IOSR claims in its webpage: hence predatory. Not indexed by Scopus or similar: predatory. No information of the impact factor: predatory.

The other has even less information on the webpage and it is also not indexed by Scopus: predatory.
