I need to prepare a nanocomposite. To do so , I need to dissolve AuNp's in chloroform.
Dear Sunil Vasu ,
I guess you meant metallic gold nanoparticle. In the nanoparticles scale, they may be suspended in chloroform.
You may complex the nanoparticle aiming for the increase in solubility it is feasible.
To obtain a nanocomposite there is no strict necessity to dissolve the nanoparticles unless you need the Au-free ions in the solution.
Best regards,
WNM
By the definition of a solution, solid parts (nano or not) cannot be dissolved. They can be suspended as colloid, but some viscosity may be necessary to prevent sedimentation.

Even after few repetitions..I am getting similar results. Is is due to organic components?
