The Editor of this journal never gave me any reprint and page numbers. More than 10 years gone.
My question is:
Does anyone have access to this paper or journal?
Could please anyone send to me a copy of this paper showing page numbers etc.?
I have sent the Editor many requests; no reply is coming.
Are these journals dead or still on an Ambulance?
It seems a bad Husband for a lady and a bad Journal for a paper are equally good.
Your help in finding my paper will be appreciated.
