I have found an abstract presented at ASCO meeting for a clinical trial that is still active on clinicaltrials.gov. A review had described the clinical trial as ongoing, however the abstract was presented one year before.

I do agree with Dr. Deirdre, usually abstract inmeetings or conferences are of limited describe, distribute and use and for rapid publication and periority. Therefore, the final results should be published in journal even if there is a delay. Then, the complete picture of finding will be clear and more let is official.
