I wanted to buy a soft set mountant, the thermofisher slowfade mountants. There are size cut offs for those reagents. For eg, SlowFade glass is to be used for slice thickness of more than 15um and slowfade diamond for less than 15um. I have fixed T47D, MCF10A and HCC1143 cells on chamber slides which I would like to mount coverslips on. What would be the size of the cells and which product would be recommended.
