I want to use Mann-Kendall method to detect trends in time series data. Now I have daily flow data from 1996 until recently, the problem is I learned that Mann-Kendall method is not suitable for data with seasonality. My daily and monthly flow data, regretfully, own this feature for they fluctuate greatly between rainy and daily season, and this behavior is periodic.

Have you ever had such an experience? Can you teach me how to deal with it?
