API sources for Solar Radiation or Average daily radiation (MJ/m2/day)?

Where can I retrieve API to compute Solar Radiation (Ra) in the formula attached? I am interested in API sourced for coding purpose or in a table with monthly data.

I m looking for average daily radiation (MJ/m2/day) in a given month.
