To the best of my knowlwdge and understanding, the soft copy was mailed only to the members of the editorial committe who helped edit the methods, ,or updated a chapter altogether.

One can, however, browse a chapter on line by accessing and searching for the book.

I cannot share because (i) I have to have a permission from the people at the AWWA for whom I edited the methods/chapters, (ii) My copy is on a thumb drive. I can perhaps share specific editorial comments I made, if the editorial board allows me. I will HAVE TO SEEK THAT PERMISSION BEFORE GIVING AN AFFIRMATIVE ANSWER.

I am sure, you can see/consult a copy at your institution's Library, or as an Inter-library Loan from a library of many of the environmental institutions of , e.g., CSIR.
