Claudio Ignacio Fernandez Claudio, we had a project (for practical application) on Phytophthora remote diagnostics using Hyperspectral Data. Unfortunately, in our case, it had no enough sensitivity to find the disease at an early stage in fields. It could not improve disease control compared to forecast based on weather predictors. It would be interesting to see your experience in the same task.
Hello, I hope this can help in some way. I consider my research might not be very deep in computational analysis but was the first time for me to do this kind of research. Before symptoms, was difficult to have high accuracy for me.
