can I simulate :
Spread-spectrum techniques such as FHSS or DSSS etc.
and Encryption algorithm like (RC5 ,Skipjack , AES , A5 ,RC4 ,etc) in NS-3 with or without GUI, and any type of these models can implement in NS-3.

There is an NS3 google group deals with the experiments and issues of implementing NS3 simulations. I recommend you to participate in the group, and you will receive a daily summary of all activities in the group which may inspire you to extend your work on other wireless networks and technologies.
