In the field of tectonic geomorphology an important role could be played by lineamental analysis of the relief. I have been engaged in linear analysis of the relief for many years, and I can not find a free lineament analysis program in any way. In Matlab, I also do not see such an opportunity.
I started using Topotool box. but it shows error and showing Null Values for my DEM and secondly anyone have the list of Commands for Tectonic Geo-morphology or Morphometry Analysis? Because this tool only Support Commands and i Dont have the List of Commands.
Dear Nisarg. Please see the help of TopoToolbox for commands (https://github.com/wschwanghart/topotoolbox/tree/master/help ). Please also see many examples on my blog http://topotoolbox.wordpress.com. Yes, TopoToolbox is command line based. However, if you wish to go beyond the limits of click-and-go graphical user interfaces, you shouldn't give up too early to try the command line.
TopoToolbox is highly powerful and dynamic tool that you should not ignore. The problem you are pointing is not that difficult one. All the functions have descriptive explanation as comments. I suggest that if you read those, and you will be able to execute the programs. Additionally, the developer Wolfgang and others have given examples in their blogs and even inside the function codes. I suggest you to go through the required functions are see the comments above the main function.
Now, TopoToolbox has it own Landscape Evolution Models which you can explore. You may try your hypothesis of topographic evolution in different tectonic settings. The other thumbs up point is that it is being constantly developed and moreover, it is free.
