Hi Eduardo - the context of 'spirituality' and health promotion is a long-debated and contested one. Although a little dated now, you might find one of my articles (as attached) useful. It essentially is a critique of the position that spirituality is more often than not discussed in the context of the meta-physical (religiosity) domain - at the expense of the existential domain. I acknowledge both domains - but argue that they are both equally important and to highlight one in the absence of the other adds to the contextual confusion that many health professionals experience.
The best reference I know of is the fairly recent book, Green Gorilla. It's a relatively short book, but of all those on diet and health, it's a rare find. There's just none like it. And, yes, we're talking Spirituality with a capital "S".
The book, Green Gorilla, may be available in Portutuese, not sure. Try here on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Green-Gorilla-Adi-Da-Samraj/dp/1570972567) for as little as $11.95USD. It was written by Adi Da Samraj, the late Spiritual Adept. If it isn't in Portutuese, it certainly should be. I assure you, it is that good! It is a treasure in this genre. I'm certain it will help you.

it is a very open question, maybe a good start is the Oxford Textbook on Spirituality and Health (2012). On the internet you can also find a lot of information at the George Washington Institute on Spirituality and Health. I have attended their Summer Institute, very inspiring.
