In the article 'Nonadiabatic Tunnel ionization: Looking inside a laser pulse' Yudin and Ivanov give a closed-form analytical expression for the ionization rate, which is valid for arbitrary values of the Keldysh parameter. This formula is given as a function of the instantaneous laser phase. My question is if in some paper this formula is given after time averaging on the laser pulse, since I don't need the time dependence of this formula.
