On the right side of article, under services tab there is “download to citation manager” option.

Choose that and use .ris format for end note.

For the Journal of The Electrochemical Society, If you click on the services tab, you can find downlaod to citation manager and you can chose the format to be opened in Endnote.

better add google scholar extension of google chrome. you can import any article citation from any journal one click
