We are looking to initiate a research and development project with Pengzhou Water Company, China, that will involve setting up a DMA structure within their water distribution network (or perhaps the whole water supply network) for the purpose of detecting and estimating leakage. We would also like to collaborate with a Chinese University who preferably have some experience in leakage detection in water supply networks.
