Hi Iftikhar Ali, if you load the text file in python as numpy array like:

xy = np.genfromtxt(file.txt), xy is a 3 dimensional array of (Lat,Long,val), you can use scatter plot as previously mentioned as pylab.scatter(xy[:,0], xy[:,1],c=xy[:,2]). This should be able to solve your problem, Thanks

you can use matlab for gridding. for example 'imagec' or it is very easy that grid your data in surfer software
