I would be very happy if somebody would be able to tell me what is the mineral in bright on the back-scattered SEM photographs? It is constituted by Fe, Cl, O and Zn (the rest of the elements are probably from the matrix). It has been found in Cretaceous carbonates. The spherical one seems to be formed within a dinoflagelate (Thoracosphera).

thanks
