in the Annex A of EN 13129-1 Standard (Railway applications - Air conditioning for main line rolling stock - Part 1: Comfort parameters) devoted to the comfort parameters for coaches, is reported a regulation curve. Do you know in what manner it was obtained ? Thank you.

Dear colleague....honestly I don't understand how this paper could provide me informations on thermal comfort matters into railway coaches. Probably there is something I don't catch. Thank you very much for your answer
