We have scientific research positions that will enable young scientists from Asia and Africa to come to China for working with us.
Requirements:
1, the standard for recipient
1.1 Young scientists from Asian and African countries (excluding Japan, Singapore, Israel, Central Asia).
1.2. Under the age of 45 (South Korean young scientists require 40 years of age or less).
1.3 With 5 years of scientific research experience, or a doctorate (domestic employer to verify their work and academic background).
1.4. Having good English or Chinese language skills.
1.5. Physical and mental health, capable of scientific research.
1.6. Committed to full-time work in China during the commitment period.
1.7. Commitment to China's compliance with laws during its stay in China.
2, funding methods and standards
2.1. The Ministry of Science and Technology will provide a monthly fee of 12,500 yuan (RMB) per person per month for the young scientists to work in China, it includes their housing subsidies, subsistence allowances and health insurance in China.
2.2. Receiving units shall not deduct or accrue management fees. The project supports young scientists working in China for 6 months or 12 months and may apply for deferment as required.
3, the reporting process and related requirements
3.1. Qualified research institutes, enterprises and colleges and universities online (www.tysp.org), fill in and download the application form for outstanding young scientists to work in China and in English. Fill in the application as required and be audited and sealed by this unit.
3.2. The unit after approval, online filing (online registration user name: the applicant - the full name of the applicant, the initial password: 123456), and paper materials (the unit has been audited and stamped) sent to China Science and Technology Exchange Center Asia and Africa and Commonwealth Office.
3.3. The China Science and Technology Exchange Center conducts a formal examination of the materials and submits them to the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology for examination and approval. The audited positions will be announced at the special website (www.tysp.org) and will be notified through channels of work to the scientific and technological authorities in Asia and Africa to organize the implementation of the declaration of their own young scientists.
3.4. If a foreign (Asian-African) young scientist is interested in a post announced by the Chinese side, he or she may contact the post-submitting unit to communicate about the work of the post. For foreign young scientists who are suitable for the job, the employer of the post shall issue the "Consent Letter of Outstanding Young Scientists to Work in China" to foreign young scientists (please download the format at the website).
3.5. Asian and African young scientists who have obtained the consent of outstanding young scientists to come to China for review and recommend by their competent science and technology departments and submit applications for funding to the Ministry of Science and Technology. The application materials should include the Application Form for Young Scientists Working in China (download in English and website), the consent of outstanding young scientists in China (English and website download), the outstanding young scientists issued by the competent science and technology departments in China Letter of Recommendation (English, website download).
3.6. The Department of International Cooperation under the Ministry of Science and Technology scrutinizes eligibility according to the declaration materials provided by foreign parties (the above-mentioned materials) and in combination with the priority work of the government in science and technology cooperation. For the young scientists from foreign countries who are sure to be subsidized, China will issue a Confirmation of Outstanding Young Scientists Work in China through the competent science and technology departments of foreign countries and sign the Contract of Work for Foreign Young Scientists in Asia with Young Receiving Units of Young Scientists. .
3.7. The receiving agency enters into a working agreement with foreign youth scientists working in China (website download) based on the work contract of outstanding young scientists coming to China for work plan.
3.8. Receiving unit assists young scientists in China to go through the formalities for entry, including sending letters of invitation to China, renting houses, purchasing insurance, etc. (for the types of insurance purchased, please refer to the Opinions of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs on Perfecting the Medical Insurance System for Foreign Experts Working in China ").
