as Khalid Turki Rashid mentioned, some researchers are used pervaporation method to overcome this problem. in this method by using an appropriate membrane, which has great selectivity toward ethyl acetate or ethanol, you can economically separate these two. pervaporation method not only is a single stage process but also has great ability in the separation of azeotropic feed. the only challenge is finding proper membrane. this subject is relative to my research field and I can help you with that if you want.
