Hi, I am doing a quantitative research on the determinants of the performance of social enterprises in South East Asia.

Recently, I read few interesting articles written by Bob Doherty on how "tiny" FT social enterprises like Divine and Cafedirect, established a mainstream competitive advantages confront those giant competitors like Nestle, by expanding their "social resources" grounded by Resource-Advantage Theory.

I would be very delighted if any seniors could advice, whether there is any tested instrument or survey questions to identify the "social resource": ethical & social commitments, connections with parthers, consistency of behaviour, in any social enterprise? All comments are welcome. Thanks.
