Dear All,

I am currently working on a running system with 7 inputs and 7 outputs, and the system behavior as Matlab (advice) command is non-linear.

Can anyone help me in the following matters that I am stuck in:

1. If the system already has feedback, how to deal with it? or how it affects the resulted fitness.

2. Most of the variables fitnesses are above 80%, but some are below 60% and I try to use the resample option in the system identification toolbox but the resulted fitness changed slightly.

3. how to get rid of the noise in my data, and if I want to work from zero how to prepare my data without noise.
