Seeking the Lubbens Social Network Scale, Katz Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale, The DeJong Loneliness Scale, the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire, and the General Health Questionnaire-12. Any suggestions on how to obtain these scales in Chinese would be greatly appreciated.

Contact Ken Rockwood. He spoke just last week at TVN annual conference during which he described cross-national work with Chinese colleagues on assessment for frailty. If he doesn't have Katz scale he may have an alternate and/or you may wish to consider his frailty scale. It is being used in a number of countries including the UK in important national level projects.
