As we are using alkali activated slag for injection, we need it with flowability for about 10 minutes. Usually these materials are known to set quickly. I am asking if there is any type of retarder working on AAS ?

The setting time and workability of the alkali activated materials significantly depend on chemical composition, particle size of the source material (slag in your case ) and the type of activator. The chemical admixtures made for OPC are not usually effective, even can be detrimental in some case.
