greeting's.. i dont know whether this question is off topic or not, but this is very important in my research.
do anybody here ever bought (HEPTADECAFLUORO-1,1,2,2-TETRAHYDRODECYL)TRIMETHOXYSILANE CAS:83048-65-1? i need to buy this chemical for my research. the problem here is i bought this chemical from China, but i found that the chemical is hard to dissolve in my solvent. however, later then i tried my partner's chemical which he bought from Fluorochem, the chemical dissolves easily. i dont know whether there is different in quality from where it was made since the CAS number is the same.
do anyone here have experience with this chemical? any suggestion where i can get it because Fluorochem webpage is seems to be unavailable anymore.
