Hi, just as a little teaser: IT systems for healthcare are mostly NOT AT ALL developed for the sake of the patients or the docotors treating them, but rather for Courts, Tax purpose, Investor display or bookeeping rules; let alone the Data collection for public health and authorities.

I stongly urge all analysis or meta checks, to focus on the core that IT in healthcare should present: Did they Help the doctors, nurses and allied medical technicians with doing their documentation time FAST, evidence based and EXPERIANCE BASED out of the specialty providing services?

e.g. (no complete!) preemptive warning from previous sentinal events diagnoses, chronic diagnosis presented, Coding automatics in background, Availability of Prescribed Medicines in the Inhouse Pharmacy, Dose checks per KG bodyweight with suggestions, presenting available classifcation/grading from any input ont the patients data.

I am very much missing REAL Intelligence before ARTIFICIAL Intelligence to help us providers ease the pressure of documentation. Happy to hear back your findings.
