Hello Mohammad Ali, Assessing patient satisfaction with healthcare is an assessment of subjective sensations. In such cases, the mathematical approach to processing the results is not so important. The important thing is to properly select the questions and the evaluation criteria. In other words, there is no universal solution, I think that depending on the mentality, the expectations, the pre-psychological attitude, the traditions in the health care, etc. the optimal choice of questions will be different. The criteria for evaluating responses will also be different. For example, in Africa they will be different from these criteria in Asia. Different will be for Europe or for North America, and so on. Greetings!
Anton Georgiev Thank you very much. You are absolutely right. Actually my plan is to develop measurement scale based on the suggested scale from the researches around the world. I would like to do survey based on those variables and do quantitative analysis to find the situation in the healthcare industry of my country.
, Thank you. I understand what you are saying but as I am planning to do quantitative analysis I need to develop measurement scale and variable. That's why I was looking for suggestions and answers from all of you expert researchers.
