Our University has made it mandate that the panel list to be submitted @ the time of thesis submission should have Professors who have carried out some research in the same area as that of the scholar. In my case, my scholar has carried out the research on EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT and hence I am looking for both Indian and Foreign Professor who could be included in the Panel.
