Any one with interest and experience in Gas less laparoscopic surgeries?

We have carried out about 500 such surgeries in rural and remote areas with the advantage that they are less expensive and are possible under spinal anesthesia and single incision surgeries are easier. Any one interested in helping with such surgeries in rural areas?
