I have found Sinere nanominox-ms (ehtosome; hydroalcoholic core liposomes) and Diractin (Liposomes of phospholipid and surfactants) on internet. Please check them.

Yes, there are  lipodomal based topical products in indian market...LIPOTAR and PSORIOSOME. Both are very effective in treatment of psoriasis and are developed at University Institute of Pharmaceutical sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh by Prof. O.P. Katare .
