Any insight on how to recruit Licensed Professional Counselors in the US?

I am a Counseling doctoral student at Walden University and wanted to gain information about recruiting from a emailing list for my dissertation research. I also wanted to know if it was permissible for someone to disseminate a link to a research survey for a dissertation study on Self-perceived Clinical Preparedness for working with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender clients among Licensed Professional Counselors from an email list provided by a counseling associations if you have any insight? Or if you have any insight on how to recruit Licensed Professional Counselors in the US for my research and guidance would be helpful.

I tried ACA but they only have a lisserv blog.

Please let me know the protocol, cost and policy on this or any other information that will be helpful. Thanks in advance for your response and advice.
