we need high vacuum (no rotorvap) and sometimes with mild heating (no lyophilization), so we use schlenk line. We put the vial in a glass socket (pictures attached) and attach it to the schlenk line. But the parts of the socket often stuck (even with silicone grease) and many times they are broken. Do you have any idea to solve this problem? or any suggestion for alternative way for drying organic compounds in vials from solvents (rotorvap isn't sufficient).

Hi Gi Na, You could consider putting the whole glass vessel in a small vacuum chamber. There are a few cheap systems available for de-gassing 2 components plastics. A very cheap example which is obviously made from a sauce pan!

You could use conical shaped quartz glass components. They are much more resistant.
If possible flame polish the parts (the sealing areas) and use your standard silicone grease. After it should be possible to rotate the parts also under vacuum. We reached high vacuum up to 10-6 Torr...
