hey thanks .. I tried using Poart and Hapview also. But in hapview i cannot load tree file. Dont know whats happening. Do I need to define A,B, C etc next to my taxa names?

I'm interested in using Popart to construct haplotype networks but it seems not possible to download the windows version from the official webpage. Does anyone knows if the site is not maintained anymore? Does anyone have instead the executable/installing file to share?
