We have a dataset of resting-state EEG and EOG with both eyes-open and eyes-closed conditions recorded from 10 participants. You can find more information from its reference paper and download the files from https://github.com/mastaneht/SPIS-Resting-State-Dataset. I will be happy to answer your questions or provide more info about this dataset.
