I am a Masters's student and I want to write my Master Thesis for a new business idea/startup. I have been searching for references that I can use as a guide to starting my thesis proposal and then continuing with the thesis.

Please check out my resources on proposal writing. I have produced a short guide plus a series of presentations. Doctorates in start-ups might be slightly different though. I'm not sure how you problematise (i.e. establish a good research question).
Your proposal should only include a brief introduction and not an actual review. Use 3 review papers plus one classical. Also, it's best to write the literature review last so that it is focused on your method and results
