My students are in their final stage of their Bachelor program and specialized in TEFL. we might arrange this connection next November through one of the social media tools like Facebook.
I have no own experience with TEFL and I am afraid that I don't understand the question in its full content, but I am interested which kind of evaluation is used to decide: How successful is this kind of action research?

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am teaching Action Research course for pre-service teachers who are specialized in teaching English as a foreign Language. I am thinking of connecting my students with other students abroad who are having the same topic which is Action Research in their programs for collaboration.
