My objective is to form a standard or guidelines for selecting suitable cement type, its constituent which are easily competible with superplasticizer and similarly superplasticizer with its molecular weight, ionic density and functional groups to avoid in-competibility issues.

Existing codes for superplasticizer selection based on various sets of project and concrete materials criteria do not exist. Maybe a "Guide" could be possible that would provide information to concrete technologists, which could include three basic types of superplasticizers - ultra- filtered lignosulfonates, NSFC/MSFC, and PCEs. Each one has special advantages.

The ASTM C494 Code is about Standard Specification for Chemical Admixtures for Concrete. you can have access to the code by the following link:

C494 is spec that all Supers must comply with to be used in construction. It provides no distinction on which type of super to use.
