Any applications of using prolong heated gelatin and what happens when gelatin is prolong heated?

Dear all, i am currently working on prolong heated gelatin (heated at 65 degree celsius in the heat oven for 7 days) and i would like to know if there are any known benefits/applications to prolong heated gelatin? Kindly also refer me to known publications for my reference.
